Rules clinic this Sunday April 23rd

Join Umpire-in-Chief Mark S Davis for a discussion of the basic rules of baseball.  All are welcome, but the primary audience will be volunteer umpires.  No prior knowledge of the game is necessary - we will start from scratch.  If you are thinking about volunteering to umpire but are unsure of the rules - this session is for you!
